Innovative Eco-friendly Cleaning Technology

Traditional cleaning methods such as sandblasting and acid baths are expensive, with high resource consumption, slow, and can cause numerous ecological and health hazards. These are also very rough cleaning methods that often cannot achieve the quality required in modern manufacturing and construction.

Many modern industries struggle to optimize anti-corrosion protection technology. The results are up to 60% dependent on quality of surface preparation. The surface cleaning method pioneered by Vapor Blast Systems yields the highest results with minimal environmental impact.

Our hybrid, hydro-pneumatic abrasive cleaning method allows manufacturers and maintenance crews to solve wide spectrum of cleaning challenges maximizing surface finish quality, while minimizing erosion of the material and reducing the process cost. The resulting surface finish corresponds to NACE No. 1/SSPC-SP 5 (SA 3) White Metal standard requirements with surface roughness value from 5 Ra to 0.2 Ra.
